Woke up with little sleep and a messy house this morning. I slept so late that could not wake up for my daily meditation at 4:00. Today my mind is busy like my house. As if someone entered my library and has pulled every book. That’s what not meditating does for me. Meditation helps me organize my thoughts. It allows me to compartmentalize the various thought forms in their correct bin. I am honestly now addicted to meditation, as I can see the impact of it when I skip it. I know at some point, I will not need to sit quietly to do this, I know eventually, my brain becomes automated and thoughts find their own way to their correct bin. Got some time to go to reach there, but I know I will if I set my intention to reach that goal. Love will show me the way!
