OMM Board

The OMM board is a tool to help you untangle your mind and gain focus on what’s important. It’s a simple way to outline your thoughts and organize them to truly understand their impact in your life. The instruction will show you the process that will help you zoom out from your worries and prioritize addressing them.  The kit includes a dry erase pen that gives you the power to erase unnessaary worries while providing insight of the impermanence of all things and will ultimately bring the equinimity needed to see all problems in a different light.
